To rent the Community Center, you must submit your request on the Water Gardens Community Center Rental Application Form to Bev. Paper forms are available in the lobby of the Community Center.
If you prefer, use the digital options below after you contact Bev. Please click on the link below to display the rental policies, rules and application form. You can print it out on your printer. Then fill it out, and deliver the application to Bev. To save paper, please print back-to-back when possible.
Please download and print the two PDF documents below. You will need them at your Community Center event.
Fill out the RENTAL APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT below. Upon submission, you will immediately receive an email copy of your submission which you should print out and deliver to Bev along with your two checks.
After your event ends, please do not forget to grab a copy of the Closing Checklist from the lobby. Fill it out and leave it in the Community Center in the top drawer of the kitchen. Once Bev picks it up, she can shred your deposit check.
