To rent the Community Center, you must submit your request on the Water Gardens Community Center Rental Application Form. Please click on the link below to display the rental policies, rules and application form in PDF format. You can print it out on your printer. Then fill it out, and deliver the application to Bev. To save paper, please print back-to-back when possible.
Please download and print the two PDF documents below. You will need them at your Community Center event.
Fill out the RENTAL APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT below. Upon submission, you will immediately receive an email copy of your submission. You will also need to present your two checks to Bev Ankeny, Community Center Rental Coordinator, as requested in the form below.
