IMPORTANT NOTE:
BEV WILL NEED TO VERIFY THAT YOUR DATE IS AVAILABLE. ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE FORM BELOW, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL. FORWARD THAT EMAIL TO ANKENYBEV@GMAIL.COM. BEV WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU DIRECTLY.
To rent the Community Center, you must submit your request on the Water Gardens Community Center Rental Application Form to Bev. Either email her the email you will receive after submitting your online form or use the paper forms available in the lobby of the Community Center.
Please download and print the two PDF documents below. You will need them at your Community Center event.
Fill out the RENTAL APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT below. Upon submission, you will immediately receive an email copy of your submission which you should forward to Bev at ankenybev@gmail.com. Alternately, you may print it out and deliver it to Bev along with your two checks as described in the form.
REMEMBER: THE DATE YOU HAVE SELECTED MUST BE VERIFIED BY BEV BEFORE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED.
After your event ends, please do not forget to grab a copy of the Closing Checklist from the lobby. Fill it out and leave it in the Community Center in the top drawer of the kitchen. Once Bev picks it up, she can shred your deposit check.
