Removing Cottonwood Trees 2023

Over the last few years, several cottonwood tree has snapped off about half way up, and toppled into the RV lot, one of them scoring a direct hit on an RV. Fortunately, it was just the top of the tree, and mostly just brushed the RV. But the biggest cottonwood of them all still loomed over the RV lot. So the Board hired a team, and this morning (Weds, Nov 22, 2023), a team of tree experts came in and removed that tall cottonwood. The RV's are now safer. Here are a few photos taken by Tom Gudgel, who was there early in the morning when the action took place.
