The Water Gardens Email Alert System was created to provide a way for information to be sent to residents in a timely fashion. This includes emergency announcements, last minute announcements of social events, important information from residents, etc. In order to accomplish this, Water Gardens uses the free features of online mass email programs. Initially, we were using MailChimp, but they changed their rules to allow only 12 messages per month. So Water Gardens switched to ConvertKit, which just rebranded itself as simply "Kit". This company allows unlimited emails and attachments, for under 1,000 subscribers. Since we only have 171 homes, it is a really excellent fit.
Here are the login credentials for Water Gardens at Kit.com:

When you try to login the first time, it will send a code to the related email account, "community@watergardens55.org". You will need to go there to get the secret code. Here is where you go for that:
Click the Sign In button upper right corner
Click on the Google icon at the bottom, and login with the "watergardens55@gmail.com" account
These steps will take you to the "community@watergardens.org" email inbox.
By going there, you can tell Kit to "Trust this device". You only have to do this once, and you are in.
