Administration of Master Resident Directory

PURPOSE of Master Resident directory

Water Gardens requires a good centralized single resident directory that is a single source of truth for the following stakeholders:

1. Directory Custodian (Joan Calvery) - The Directory Custodian is the primary maintainer of the Master Resident Directory. The Custodian updates the spreadsheet as needed and in a timely fashion. The Custodian also uses this spreadsheet to produce the printed Annual Directory.

2. Gate Custodian (Art Aske) - Uses Master Resident Directory as a primary source of resident information, in order to maintain the resident databases at each gate.

3. Alert Email System Custodian (Roger Matthews) - Uses Master Resident Directory as a primary source of resident information for maintaining subscriber lists.

4. Tech Committee - Archives the Master Resident Directory

   • Responsibilities and Instructions for the Master Directory Archive Backup

5. WGOA Board - Uses Master Resident Directory as primary source of resident information as they perform their Board duties.

6. VIS - VIS may request resident information

7. Residents in general - Residents use the directory to contact others in the community
