This information is provided for the benefit of those considering moving to Water Gardens. This is a friendly and attractive community of 171 homes founded in about 1999, and completed in 2007. We have a lot of activities, which you can see on our "Calendar" on the menu. Our gated community is safe for senior citizens to walk our streets any time day or night. We have an RV lot on site for those who prefer that. Weekly lawn service is also available. We have a number of volunteer committees, which help make this a great place to live.

Our community is financially solvent, our reserve study current and our reserve account properly funded. Our COA dues are $170/month.
